Do I have to cut out alcohol?

It is always your choice what you want to keep in your diet. This is something we will work through individually once you start the program.

Do I have to track everything I eat?

There are different strokes for different folks. Some people do very well with tracking, and others not so much. We work together to find a plan that best suits your goals and life. 

Should I get equipment for my home?

Having at least 3 sizes of DB’s (light, med, heavy) and banded loops will be important to have.

Can men do your program as well?

Yes, I have worked with several men in KVF!
